Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Josh was such a support from the beginning to the end of the process! We changed the flooring of the basement - 1st of many projects in my house. He answered all my questions patiently and handled a last-minute crisis caused by me calmly and professionally. They started and finished the work at the time promised. Great service, budget-friendly price.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I hired Joshua Schaap and his team for a few reno jobs. One was to demolish and tile a bathroom and kitchen backsplash. The team took great care in cleaning up after themselves and not settling for just an average job. The second job was to remove a tiled floor and replace it with hardwood. This was a big job. The team worked cooperatively and I am very happy with the end result. I particularily liked their approach to each job. They didn't cut corners, and researched the best possible method when a problem arose. They have a variety of skills and knowledge about construction and renovation, work with high-end tools and work efficiently. Highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A Neighbour of mine had hired Mirsch for brand new hardwood flooring throughout the entire house.
After seeing the work myself and speaking with the owner Josh I was so impressed I had the boys start the Reno on my basement.

The gentleman at MIRSCH Development work with local suppliers and licensed trades to make sure the job gets done effectively, efficiently and on time. They are always excited to offer assistance with any residential or commercial project that I have. I really enjoy working with Josh and his team. Each time I have had the opportunity to work with MIRSCH it has been a pleasure, and the project always finishes with a smile on my face. They’re my go to company whenever I need help with a renovation / new construction project.
